FAQs
WHAT INSURANCES DO YOU ACCEPT?
To learn what insurance each clinician accepts, visit our About Us page.
WE PROVIDE SUPERBILLS IF REQUESTED
DO YOU MEET WITH CLIENTS VIRTUALLY OR IN PERSON?
We provide limited IN PERSON sessions in Corona. We also provide VIRTUAL services throughout California depending on your needs.
HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS AND HOW OFTEN DO WE MEET?
Individual sessions are 50 minutes in length, while couples and family sessions are 60 minutes in length. Services tend to be more effective when we meet 2-4 times per month. Based on your symptoms and goals, we may decide to meet more frequently or less often.
WILL I FEEL BETTER AFTER THERAPY?
Although most of our clients have reported a decrease in symptoms and better outlook in life after a few sessions, there are several components in treatment that can effect outcomes. We encourage and welcome feedback to better be able to work with you and increase your chances of meeting your goals.
DOES EVERYONE WHO HAS EXPERIENCED CHILDHOOD TRUAMA NEED THERAPY AS AN ADULT?
We believe anyone can benefit from therapy if they are ready to make changes in their daily life. Individuals that have experienced childhood trauma are more likely to experience negative long-term psychological and medical challenges. Visit our BLOG page for more information on this topic (ACES study).
