Common Questions

You Asked, We Answered

We are in-network with IEHP, Aetna, United Healthcare, Optum, NorCal Kaiser, and Medicare, among others. We also accept private pay and can assist with out-of-network reimbursement if you have a PPO plan. Yes. We offer in-person sessions at our office in Corona, CA and virtual sessions via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Telehealth is available to anyone residing in California. Many clients find that telehealth fits more easily into their schedule while still feeling personal and effective.
Individual sessions are 50 to 55 minutes. Couples and family sessions are 60 minutes. We typically recommend meeting two to four times per month, though frequency is always tailored to your goals and what feels manageable for you.
Most of our clients notice a meaningful shift in how they feel and function within the first several sessions. That said, progress looks different for everyone. We work collaboratively with you to adjust our approach based on your feedback, so your care always feels responsive to where you actually are.
Not everyone who experienced childhood trauma requires therapy, but research consistently shows that early adverse experiences can have long-term effects on mental and physical health. If past experiences are showing up in your relationships, your mood, or your daily life, therapy can help you understand those patterns and work through them at your own pace.
All three are California master's-level licenses issued by the Board of Behavioral Sciences. An LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) focuses on individual mental health and wellness. An LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) specializes in relational and family dynamics. An LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) addresses mental health alongside broader social and systemic factors. All are fully qualified to provide therapy.
